Hope you are keeping up with running during the holidays. I missed two runs in a week due to the wind chill and Christmas.
The New Year's Day run in Free Union is Thursday (duh) at 11am. Details are on the track club site. According to Cathie, the 10-miler group will not meet Saturday, so MA and others are thinking of meeting downtown for a jaunt followed by breakfast....and hopefully a trip to the cupcake store!
I'm thinking there will probably be some people meeting at the track for a run on Saturday, so post a comment if you plan on it. No one needs to run solo.

I can't be there because I'll be in Georgia. Hopefully I will get in a run there. There's a cool path along the river near my sister's house. Everyone have fun in the race! See you for more running in '09!

I think the carpool is at 9:30 at Barracks Rd North Wing...
